How do I create an account?
Click "Login" at the top right, then select "Sign Up". You can register with Google for one-click signup, or use email registration. Email signup requires verification.
What if I forgot my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email. We will send a password reset link valid for 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from your Account page. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action is irreversible. Please cancel any active subscriptions first.
Is AI Role Chat free to use?
Yes! We offer a free tier to experience basic features. Free users can chat with 1 AI role. To unlock all roles and premium features (like long-term memory, 100K context), upgrade to Premium.
What Premium plans are available?
We currently offer a Monthly plan at $12.99/mo (originally $35, 63% off for limited time). More plans coming soon. All premium features are included.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged. After the trial, your subscription becomes active. If you cancel after that, your Premium benefits stay active until the current period ends, then auto-renewal stops.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, PayPal, and more.
Is my chat history secure?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption, and all conversation data is encrypted at rest. We never share or sell your data to third parties. You can delete your chat history and account anytime.
Do you use my conversations to train AI?
No. We never use private conversation data to train or improve AI models. Your conversations are solely for providing you service and are completely confidential.
Where is my data stored?
User data is stored on secure cloud servers with industry-standard encryption. We conduct regular security audits to ensure data safety.
Can AI really remember what I said?
Yes! This is our core feature. Premium users enjoy long-term memory - AI remembers your previous conversations, preferences, and important information, making each chat more personalized.
What is the difference between AI roles?
Each AI role has a unique personality, speaking style, and expertise. Some excel at emotional companionship, others focus on language learning, and some spark creative inspiration. Choose based on your needs.
Is there a daily message limit?
Free users have a daily message limit. Premium users enjoy unlimited messages - chat as much as you want with your AI companions.
What does 100K context mean?
Context refers to how much of the current conversation AI can "remember". 100K context means AI can retain about 75,000 words in a single conversation, supporting deep, coherent long chats without "forgetting" what you discussed.
